- Set up my schedule of Open House newspaper advertisements
- Advertise in Homes & Land and/or other consumer homes magazines and websites
- Present your home in my weekly office networking meeting and schedule an office tour
- Call 10 top producing Executives in my company announcing your home has just been listed, inquiring if they have potential buyers
- Set up MLS tour, where all brokerages and agents in your area can preview your property
- Prepare all Open House marketing materials
- Walk the neighborhood the day before Open House, passing out flyers or door hangers to your neighbors
- Submit buyer offer
- Represent/assist in negotiating purchase offer & respective counter offers
- Open escrow and manage escrow process until closing
- Order termite inspection and coordinate work if necessary
- Attend general home inspection, managing problem-resolution if necessary
- Attend appraisal appointment and answer any questions for the appraiser
- Order Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (CLUE)
- Order CC&Rs and six months of minutes, if applicable

- Manage & communicate pre-settlement activity via weekly progress reports
